Independent Forums: How has your perception about the world of work evolved over the past two years?

Marc Howells: The world has changed forever, and we need to reflect, learn, unlearn and adapt. But most importantly we have to create the environment where people are included, safe to learn and grow, safe to contribute, and safe to challenge.

Independent Forums: Where do you see the biggest opportunity to transform the way we work?

Marc Howells: We have to focus on where and how value is created, how organisational culture and values are shaped and maintained, how we use the time to connect with colleagues, partners and customers, and how work gets done.

Independent Forums: What are you most looking forward to at Future Work Scenarios 2022?

Marc Howells: Time to listen to others, time to learn, and time to make new connections and networks
